The last one we built at the Indy car team I worked for was a 1" thick 5' x 12' top, 6 6"x6" x 5/16 wall legs, 3 8" I beams to stiffen the top. We drilled and tapped 1/2 13 holes on a 10" grid on the top. Very handy, 2 sets of step block milling machine hold down clamps bolted on one of the I beams and ready to use.
