I am looking for a thin wheel for a short running job on my new Toyoda CNC cylindrical grinder. So i am looking for some 20 X 8 X 1.0 thick wheels. I see some listed but a few are listed as centerless or centerless hole. They are still 20 X 8id, so can this be used on a cylindrical grinder? Am I missing something?

Probably just what that size normally fits at a rough guess, in the smaller wheel range, 6" wheels are normally advertised for bench grinders and 7" for tool room surface grinders, just what they commonly fit - commonly get used for. If the speeds match safely and its the right grit - bond i can not see what your missing.
