Has anyone ever tried to rebuild one of these units? I see you can buy the parts but is it as easy as replacing parts or would there need to be a special assemby procedure to get it to be tight again. We called the company and have gotten mixed answers as to whether or not they would do it for us. It is the 5c model unit. Thanks Jeff
