Jung HF50 switch

Hello all,

I have a problem with my Jung HF50 surface grinder.
The switch that reverses table direction in the y axis is broken.
I tried finding an original replacement, but they are not made anymore. Also Jung doesnt have them for sale anymore.
Now I tried a setup with a relais 2NO 2NC and this works, but I rather would have a limit switch.

Does anybody know a type of limitswitch that is DPDT? 2NO 2NC. Plunger type.
I need to switch 4 contacts at the same time.

Would be nice to have a link to a european supplier.

Of maybe someone had this problem before and knows of another solition.

Thanks for the link Ballen.
I am not sure, but i think this is not switching 2 times normally open and two times normally closed.
I’ll post a photo of the originals i have.
Its basically two switches, the upper one switching the bottom one at the same time.
What i am looking for is these two switches in one housing.

Peter, you mean the ones I pictured?
Those are broken. Or can most limit switches be coupled like this?

By the way, do you happen to know why Philips used the smaller cone on the spindle?

Unfortunately they are not plunger. But would this do? I think you may have to be a machinist, meaning attach two switches together yourself.

PS: the verb in English for mechanically attaching several switches together in parallel is "to gang". So these would be called "ganged microswitches".

I will have a look at the page. I am not really an electrics guy. Also space is limited. Its mounted in a tight cavity in the machine.
But I have more options now and know what to look for.

Took Some time, but the repair had been done.
I made a new plate that holds the components i made to actuate the switches i bought( I used the Innerworks of a telemecanique zck)
Here are some pics of my solution. It works perfect again.
