For Okamoto grinder parts and/or service I have found Titan Machinery Sales (847-726-7660) works for me.
Full Disclosure: I purchased a 12-24ST from them 18 years ago. Still in use.
They still rebuild grinders and provide excellent on phone trouble shooting advice. Ask for tech support.
