There was one for sale on eBay years ago. There was some arrangement between LIP (a French Co.) and T - P. Built by LIP and sold by T - P here in the states. LIP has never had a sales presence here in the States that might explain it.
Here in France, it was sold under the brand name LIP, wich I always thought was the manufacturer (french).

The company still exists under the name Lipemec.

From what I read, they don't manufacture machines anymore, but rather rebuild and sell machines of their previous production.
