Matsuura was the first builder I saw with this offered in the US at the beginning of 2014 and distributed by Mitsubishi/MC Machinery, although that machine doesn't seem the same as an Integrex and I'm not sure if Matsuura was actually the first to do it.

1. Any idea if there are any Lasertec 65s in the field yet?

2. That machine made it into The Economist (or at least onto an Economist blog), not an outlet known for machine tool coverage. Advanced manufacturing: Adding and taking away | The Economist Commenters there referred to a Delcam hybrid machine that demo'd at EMO and a hybrid machine developed by Solidica and sold through Fabrisonic, although I can't find anything about the hybrid machine on Fabrisonic's site.
