I acquired a wilmarth & mormon surface grinder. There are no serial numbers I can find, no brass plate with model number; only the name cast in the side of the machine.
I did a quick google of this and found out they made a "new yankee" tool sharpener and other tool room grinders.
Does anyone know of a place to find information on line about them and/or their products?
It appears this grinder was overhead shaft driven but has been switched to electric.
It appears to be worthy of restoration/repair and will/should make a nice addition to my farm shop.
