Might be a later Blaisdell production. After they had absorbed a bunch of other builders. Thinking late 1890s vintage.

Wow, that thing would be perfect for polishing shafts, or maybe rough grinding. How about if you had to weld a lot of flanges to tubes? (Assuming you could get it to run slowly enough.) Could be a handy machine to have in a back shed somewhere...

I emailed the person and got a response. Said it was 13 feet long and 2500-3500lbs. I may try to go get it, I could use a machine like this.
