Don't know if Rick R. or anyone else might be interested in these. Went to check out an old ex-navy 60kw GM diesel genset and these were there as well. They are in an old woolen mill in Moosup,Ct. and the the company responsible for getting rid of them, World Smelting & Refining, was willing to give them away to a museum preferably. The building was last occupied by Kaman Aerospace. If needs be I could pick up and hold them for somebody as they want everything out yesterday as usual. I'm up to my ears in projects as it is and I couldn't store these for an extended amount of time anyhow.

I'm amazed that these relics haven't gotten more interest. Perhaps the size? They're in beautiful shape.

New owner could have a matched pair. Bookends? No, maybe cufflinks.

Best,
Joe in NH

These are fire underwriters pumps. These pump the water for fighting fires at the plant. They should have non rusting rods and innards. Sure they are nice but I just can't afford to drive to Connecticut. Then there is the issue of where do I get a truck and trailer.
