Remarkably, this is still current as far as firm name, address and phone (on a google search for E. W. Brock Co.). Don't know if Mark is still there
An interesting aside is that the drawings sent for a 1951 product were drawn up in 1925.
If someone wants to go after the whole Ohio drawing collection I would be interested in funding assist
