I am not a machinist (a number of years as an aircraft mechanic), but wound up with a Flather & Co. screw cutting and engine lathe. I want it out of my garage, and not as scrap iron as my friends suggest. Lets just say growing up in Michigan, and my visits to the Henry Ford Museum, will not allow it. My research so far finds it over 100 years since manufacture.
It works via an electric motor modification, that can be removed. Spare chucks, gears...etc. I want to find a home for it (sell/donate for tax recipt). Any help here?
