Here's a couple pictures of face tracing on a new cable sheave I am making from 2 inch 100AR plate 16 inch OD. The Lathe is a Lang from Scotland 1964 vintage.

.. and in AR plate too, just the sort of kick bollock and bite job the Langs were built for.
