I'm a new owner of this Hendey 12x5 lathe, serial number 25501. I'm looking for any information regarding this machine, manual, maintenance, history.

Hendey lathe No. 25501, an EBM/ECM, 12 x 5 model, was scheduled for completion during the third week of December 1924. This lathe represents the second model of this design as shown by the use of a Petal instead a Treadle. The Serial Number Card for this lathe has
been misfiled, so I am not able, at this time, to tell you the name of the original owner. There are very few Patterns, Castings and Repair Parts left in inventory for this lathe, but all of the original drawings are still in the files, so parts can be made if required. Copies of the original Operator's Manual, Parts Book and Sales Brochure were made several years ago and are available. If you are
