Hello everyone, i have recently purchased a Hendey Lathe 16 x 54 serial no. 31121 and i would love your help and advice. I plan on fully restoring it even though it seems in full working order. I have a few questions i was hoping that someone would have the knowledge and resources for.
How do i find out the history of my machine?
Like when was it built?
What colour would it have been originally?
What would be the recommended oils, lubricant and grease to use on my machine?
Are parts available if i require?
If anyone has any advice, history, hints and tips i would be greatfully appreciative.
