In the benchmaster diagram of parts; fig.8 part #3816 small spindle bearing cone. If you can help me.
I would like to order one of those.

I do not have any special source for these. I found that mine appeared to be in good condition, so I did not do any looking for sources.

It would probably be better to order the whole bearing, to be sure that everything is correct.

Mine is put back together, so I cannot get you any measurements, but you essentially want a cup and cone to fit the seat and spindle. So if you measure them, you can select a bearing to suit, oir visit a bearing supplier to identify one that will fit.

You will need the ID of the recess for the cup, the OD of the spindle in the area it fits. I did not measure these because I did not need bearings..

There have been discussions on the yahoo group about bearings, and I believe there are actual part numbers identified and listed in old postings. You may want to join.
