I am the new owner of one of these early full auto bandsaws. The one I bought is from 1960's and appears to be in fair running shape. Much nicer than I would expect a saw cutting heavy steel for 50+ years to appear.
This is a medium sized saw- about 14x20 capacity with a 1.5"x 13' blade.
I don't see many more out there for sale so figure they've mostly been scrapped- Or have they?
Anyone else have one of these larger Kalamazoo's? I'm curious what I should pay attention to as I set it up and if these have many shortcomings?
