I just acquired a Cincinnati Bicford 21 super service drill press. I would like to change the oil in the spindle drive and the feed drive gear boxes. The book says to use medium machine oil. I was wondering if I could use Tractor transmission-hydralic oil instead. I have this oil on hand and use it in my backhoe and Hendy shaper.
