Early Monarch Lathe

I have a Monarch lathe circa 1916 - 9 x 28 model.
I would like to have the lathe disassembled, have the bearings replaced and all parts repainted. I'm in the Oakland, Ca. area and would like to find someone experienced in restoring my vintage lathe.
Please help me find a good restorer.

Got a budget? Even at a low $20 an hour this could easily be over $4,000 plus supplies.

Are you also interested in having the ways reconditioned and the machine otherwise recondition functionally or just prettied up?
