Any idea what these are?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section.

I just bought a Logan lathe and Index mill and these were included.

I figured someone here would have seen them before. My camera was dying so I could only take two pics

The plywood box has punches in it for some kind of ironworker or ?? Made for punching steel sheet. The small ones in the lid & yellow box look like they fit a whiney hand punch.
The other looks like a belt driven spindle? What is on the end opposite the pulley?

I punching machine makes sense, thanks.

It does looks like it is belt driven. It came in a box with another pulley and some sort of tiny tapered inserts. Kinda like a morse taper but very small with a left hand thread screw. I will take some more pics tomorrow.

The first pic definitely shows punches. I have a Diacro punch with similar punch and die sets.

Can't see enough of the item in pic two to hazard a guess.

I would say the second item is either a toolpost grinder, or ID spindle for a cylindrical grinder. The taper you describe, drip feed oiler, and flat belt pully are all consistent with this.
