Starrett Catalog No. 200M Find

Found this toolbox on a local b/s/t forum for $200. Picked it up and seems to be in surprisingly good condition. Thoughts on the purchase? Any more information on it? I know it was manufactured by Kennedy, sold by starrett but thats about it.

Yea, just a Kennedy box with a Starrett tag on it in a different color; I have one with the old school travel trunk type lock and real leather handle on it in new condition.
IMO it's just another place to organize my real treasures, I'd be just as happy with a new Kennedy box.

I've got that one and a couple of the older wood tool chests. Now its time to fill it up with machinist tools. Have fun.
