Abrasive Machine Tool Surface Grinder

Anyone out there have a parts,service, or operator's manual on a surface grinder mfd. by the Abrasive Machine Tool Co. out of Providence, Rhode Island? The serial number is 2998. Is this company still in business? I suspect the machine is from the '40's or 50's. Unit still seems to be in relatively good shape and the price is right. Please advise if anyone has this info. Thanks in advance.

I believe that Landis Grinder, in Chambersburg, Pa. took over Abrasive.

I believe it would be Landis tool co. in Waynesboro, Pa. if they are the ones who took it over.
