    The motor hanging on the side looks cobbed together, could be a homemade piece/machine.

    Castings look familiar. Old. Low-volume. But not exactly 'home' made.

    Pretty sure you'll find 'cousins' on Tony's lathes.uk site, but .. will have to browse essentially all of the section on millers before hitting the familiars..

    I agree with the majority here, looks like it was cobbled together from several different sources to serve a dedicated purpose.
