It is at HGR. I like it, but am not going to buy it.
With the exception of the head, the drill is built a good deal heavier than a Walker-Turner radial drill, and is built in an older style. The head looks like it came off of a Walker-Turner gang drill, since it has the column sticking up through it (though the standard drill presses may have been built that way also).
Cincinnati, Candey-Otto, and American all built small, ~2 foot arm radial drills, but they are rare today (and this one doesn't look like any of them).
