If you are interested in a Hurco KMB-1 for a retrofit project let me know. It doesn't have any circuit boards (control) but it does still have the encoders, leadscrews, motors, servo amps, relay system, VFD drive, oiler, etc, etc. It would make a nice setup for someone wanting a retrofit project.
It is $1800 in the Monterey Bay, CA area. Shipping would probably be about $800 across the country, I'm guessing...
