I own a Gorton Pantograph model P-2. It's in ecxellent condition . It is not in USA,is in Guadalajara,Mexico. Unfortunally I have to sell it . Would some one out there help me out and let me know the average price for this machine. And how difficult would be shipping and handling to US ? . Thank you.

Look on Ebay for prices for the P1-2. Prices vary from a few hundred and up in US$. Locally a fellow has a Gorton engraver, a 3U predecesser to the P1-2, for US$350. He will not ship it so last I checked it was unsold.

However, I paid more to ship one than I did for the engraver; shipping 700 lb for about 300 miles in the US was about US$338 if I remember correctly. I suppose this depends on the trucking firm.

I have no idea what it cost to ship across the border.

Hey Issac, where is local? I'm in So. Cal and might be interested. I'm not sure I want to mess with trying to get one from Guadalajara though.
