wire edm for straight holes

I need to produce some straight holes in hastalloy. 0.220 dia. 30" long. Anyone know of a shop with the capability in SoCal. I realize there will need to be a hole for the wire.

That's a rather "tall" order.
According to Mitsubishi, their FA30V has the tallest workpiece capacity in the industry at 26.5"
The SX20 I use at work can handle a 10.6" tall workpiece.

The only one that I think could do this is Andron EDM, near Chicago .

Rob, You might have better luck looking at gun-drilling. A wire EDM with this amount of Z capacity would certainly be a custom build. Swiss Wire EDM in Santa Ana has some pretty tall Z capacities, but I think 30" is too tall for them too.

Gun drilling would definately be the way to go. Even if you could find a wire shop that has the capabilities, it would be insanly expensive as the time to do a cut that high would be unbelievably long. Also in high parts the wire has a tendancy to "barrel", that is cut bigger in the middle than at the ends, so depending on your tolerances multiple regimes would probably have to be done resulting in even more cost.
