Chemer technology question

Hello I have a Mitsubishi wire EDM, and out facility on the west coast has a CHEMER wire EDM.A guy there has been asking me about helping him with his issues on his CHEMER EDM. I woul dlike to speak the same language and know the terminology for Mits.....but am not sure If I call something by what mITs calls it wether he will understand it.

so on the mitsubishi the technology is called E-packs.. and they have a book thats lists all the settings based on material, wire, thickness, ect ect....I dont know how other companies go about getting this info into their machines.....so does anyone know if CHEMER uses the term E-pack?

and can you select from a book or a list the settings needed to run a specific part size with a specific wire dia?
