Hi,

Can anyone tell me where a person can get the exe program for this machine? I am talking about the program that is on the small magnetic tape cartridge. I would like to do this as inexpensively as possible.

Not ignoring you, Ernie, just don't have a solution.

My first thought would be to contact Charmilles, but I suspect you already did, and either they no longer support that machine, or they want an outrageous amount of money.

If someone here had a close match to your machine, perhaps they could make a copy. After that, you're left with very bad options, like buying a copy of your machine to get the executive tape, and other bits you might need. A "parts" machine, if you will.

Equally unattractive is to retrofit a new control. It's hard to imagine that you could justify the cost, if it was even possible, which I'm not sure it is. I feel your pain.
