How to figure hourly electrical use on fanuc wire edm?

My Fanuc wire uses 15 kva power consumption.
How do you calculate that figure to kilowatt hours? How much power does it use sitting idle(not burning just control & pumps on) 9 kva?

Here is a link to a site that has conversions.

I imagine that the KVA rating is startup voltage or maximum draw, so making the calculation based on that spec is not going to give you an accurate consumption level, at idle or machining.
You would need to monitor the power consumption of the machine in its various states to make a more accurate calculation.
