Hitachi H-DS10S with a MP30E control...

I just inherited this machine as the expert operator decided to get drunk at lunch a couple times too many and got fired.
I have nothing.. No manuals, no notes, no phone support... I can't even figure out how to center-find.
Any help will be appreciated
Any manuals will be compensated.

Two days later I'm burning.

I have a 10-up fixture/10-up electrode burning a blind .375" hex .150" deep into stainless. Using good Poco graphite with through flushing. Center of hex area in part has been cleared with a .375"dia hole so only the corners of the hex are burning.
I feel I should get through this 10-up fixture about 45 minutes tops finishing with a 80 micro on the bottom. I'm not even close... I'm at 1hr with a 200 finish...
Am I expecting to much from this 1989 classic or am I just hitting the wrong buttons?
