ez track engraving problem

hello just wondering if any one out there is having problem with the new engraving software from bridgeport for ez traks i loaded it into the machine and engraving works fine but cutter comp is messed up any ideas thanks for input

I'd try turning it off (the comp) for doing engraving, since you're working pretty close to on-center of the tooling. Alternatively, set your diameter real low, and see if that helps. We only have one of the Bridgeports in the field with that software, and the customer doesn't use the feature, so I don't have any practical experience on it to tell you what to do.
