Wells Index 700 CNC

I recently acquired the above machine. I am trying to find information on converting the ASR33 standard 8 channel teletype connector to an RS232 connector. This machine is similiar to a Bridgeport in appearance. Controller is a Summit DANA 700 Model 210-300-03B circa 1978-79. The ASR33 connector can be used for a teletype or tape reader. Has anyone done an upgrade? Any help greatly appreciated since I am new to CNC.

Since I posted this question I have contacted Wells-Index. Rick Robison at Wells-Index tells me there is a computer interface cable still avialable, as well as, all of the parts for the controller, which is a Bandit One. They were more than willing to answer all my questions. Their email is [email protected]. They recommend that I use hyperterminal to communicate through the computer serial port and save the programs in text and to write them in text in notepad or Wordpad.
