Does anyone here use Mach1 with a Taig CNC Mill?
Advantages? Disadvantages?
I am considering this package because it allows using 4 axes together -
with a 3 axis system you have to use your rotary table independently from the main system - or if the software allows - you might be able to use an "unused" axis to drive the rotary. Im most cases you have to do your own conversion from linear steps to rotational steps.
It also runs under Windows, and has tool offset.
