I ended up sending it to Express Ballscrew Repair in Tennasee. Turns out the guy was from our neigborhood. Did a great job.
For those who do send out a srew for repair be sure to send a sketch of the assembly. Its a lot easier than explaining which end is where by phone. Thanks for your replies.
