magazine bar feed

Hi ,
I have just completed my pnuematic operated magazine bar feed.It is proving very formidable and increased our dayly producting by 10%.Now I need to compare systems. Can anyone give me the acual times to change a bar on other types. The more different types of magazine barfeed the better.
Please quote time from ejecting bar end to start of new bar.

Hi Ryan.Did you design a barfeed which interfaced to a cnc through the chuck or collet signals.It is now manufactured by another company in Ireland(Webb Eng ?)The one I am thinking about had a sort of piston that walked itself up the barfeed.

I have spoke to you on the phone Ryan.About two years ago when you were marketing the barfeeds yourself.I`ve also had a girl from the Irish Development Agency on about them and I`ve got the video.Small world.

Yes it is a small world,I can vaugely remember talking with you.Well the single barfeeds are not moving to well, so I changed coarse and made the multi which everyone seems to want.It has all the advantages of the single + you can stack 40 1" bars.
