offset alarm message

Using a CAM software to post out to Mazak with, profile cut using a 1/2 to rough out, when the cutter gets to a .1 R inside cornor I get an offset alarm. Now oviously a .25 R will not fit in a .1 R cornor but it should do what it can not alarm.
Any idea's?

I think you answered your own question....

You must be centerline programming with radius comp set in the tooloffset or diameter in tooldata. Let the CAM figure what "it can do" to fit, not the machine.

Right, as long as we run in Automatic compensation from the software post, no problem.
When select Machine Comp and post out, I get the alarm.
Same program posted to Haas with machine comp, runs.
