Hello All,
Just out of curiosity...
How much "Y" Axis drift do you see through out the year?
Maintanance dept. re-sets "Y" each year. To maintain centerline By Feb need to offset at least +.0015" in Y. by june it's +.003",
near the X-mas holiday it is +.005" to +.007".
Seen it as high as +.009" (without a crash).
Is this common?
Is it common to the "lathe style" Integrex only?
I run a 650H "mill style" Integrex and it seems to only drift a little say, .001" to .003"
Thanks,
Will
Note:
Spindle and Tailstock are tru to each other within .0005" in Y, Centerline, and run out.
