I know that there are alot of difernt verify softwares out there for eia programs, but is there any that will simulate a integrex? I find now that it is hard to tell what your program is going to do until you actully get it on the machine.

Direct from Mazak... GibbsCam is the hot ticket for full blown CAD/CAM. UGS is their preferred verifier only

Hello,

Vericut will simulate the integrex. not sure how to set it up.

I've ran many software "proven" programs that would have or did make bad parts.

Only way to prove the code is to run it. Experienced people at the control is far better than any software. not to say the software is bad or people programming for that matter, just saying it is mearly a "safety" net that sometines isn't so safe.

Will.

Shawn, I believe Vericut is a "partner" with Mazak, and will supply the completely modeled machine. You just have to define the stock, define your tools, and then let her rip. As long as you've got everything defined properly, it will properly verify your program. It's a pretty neat piece of software, but it's a little pricey.
