Is anyone using the 40N or know of a good tech in the Illinois/Indiana area. I bought the machine used, but in storage so I never saw it run. We have had a tough time finding a Mazak service person who has seen one run, much less knows how to fix it. Local person has worked hard to help but seems to have run out of ideas. He has finally got all parameters to work except it won't access the tool changer and doesn't seem to know which head of the tool holder is in position.
