6200 C axis orientation parameter

Can anyone tell me what machine parameter adjusts spindle orientation? It seems like there should be a parameter that will allow me adjust this so the operators won't have to change their program.

You can put whatever angle you want in Work offset as reference point, unless you talk about the difference thing than what I am thinking.

There is several different adjustements about this you can do. Is it the "orient position M19" you want to adjust or C-axis zero point? Or maybe the orient position of the spindle when loading/unloading with Gantry loader? Or is it the position of The C-axis when transfering workpieces from one head to another?
