I have a Multiplex 6100Y. We have only had the machine for a couple of months and we are having problems with the Horizontal mill tools bearings wearing out. They are not the tools Mazak sends with the machine they were from another company. They are rated to go 6000rpm. The machine only goes 4500rpm. The tools do not run for long periods of time and have never cut with a tool bigger than a 1/8" EMill or 1/4" Drill. Every job has been plastic or Phosphorus bronze.
