I'm having trouble with the robot arm on our DT20. The arm works fine, but when I hit reset the machine releases air and then it won't work the next time I try it. I have to manually extend and retract then extend before it will work again. As long as I don't hit reset it will continue to work. The problem is when you get to the end of the program the machine resets and then it won't work on the next part. We don't have a robot loading the first side so I can't continue otherwise that would work. Any help or input would be nice. Thanks in advance.

It is a T plus control. I don't think it is a door switch problem. I have them tied up. It thinks the door is shut all the time. It is strange because none of the other air activated items on the machine lose air when the reset is hit just the arm. I'm going to look into the wiring a little more and see if there has been changes made.

it's in the prox switches on that arm
not sure how
my gut tells me a broken wire on the switch up in the left corner that tells it it backs
those things will light up even if there not fully
made
take the cover off and watch the thing when it fails
bet you see a twitch in that light and the arm go limp when you reset
