Radius Problems on T-2 control

I am trying to put a .02 radius on the end of a part, when I put the radius dimension in I get a concave arc not a convex. Any help to accomplish a convex arc is greatly appreciated...Thanks to all in advance.

When you say ".02 radius" do you mean a corner break or spherical R ? I'm hoping to say Corner break!!!

It's a corner break, I can do a chamfer easily, just can't get a radius to show up...

What feed and speed are you using and Tool Nose "R"?
and Ø of part?

Might be a "Tool Data 2" problem with the tool description. Describing your angles and tool nose radius properly is very important in Mazatrol.
If you are simply giving a Start Corner of R.02, at the beginning of a Liner line, it should work perfect every time.
Maybe feeding way too fast???

cnctoolcat, my sentiments exactly, if he is going @ .02" per rev or higher he will never get the .02" R, then again, I just re-read where he says he gets a chamfer with no problem ??????????? :confused:

Thanks to all who replied, I figured out that I needed to use the groove cycle style #2 to get my radius on the back side of the part. Thanks again to all.
