How many pallets and what machine?

We have a pallettech on 3 FH480's. It works great and is easy to use. Ours has had a few bugs that Mazak never got worked out. We have to have our Middle machine powered on for the Third machine to unload a single pallet. One word of warning is to take care of it. Keep it clean and maintained because when/if it goes down(like ours did) it is devastating to production. Something happened to ours(dont know wasnt there) and the trolley got bent. I dont think Mazak stocks many parts for theses because it took a long time to get another one from Japan. We were down for oh about 12 weeks. The Hi-Lo became the new pallet changer.

I think we got ours in 1996 and they are alot different now expecially with chip covers and such. You have made an excellent decision.
