Modal Macro call

Is it possible to make a modal macro call on a Haas mill? Some controls have a G66 to do this. My 2004 Haas VF3 doesn't have a G66. Is there a way to do it on a haas???

the haas control doesn't come as-is(well, i believe they're in there already) with macros enabled.
you must pay them $2000 to turn them on.

Every Haas has a 200 hour trial macro built inside it. To turn it on do this:

Turn off setting #7.
Push emergency stop.
Go to Parameter 57. There you will see ENABLE MACRO. It should show 0T if it is disabled. To enable it change it to 1T by typing 1 and pressing WRIGHT.
Then rest emergency stop, and turn on setting #7.

Now Macros will work for 200 hours of power on time.

Modal Macro

you can assign your own gcode to get around this
example g78 calls p9012
you have to repeat g?? after each hole location
G66 is not available on the haas
only g65 will work
this is still shorter than g65 p9012 ? ? ? ? ? ?.
