Hi Everyone
Long story short. 40HP Idler seemed a little too much for our 10Hp (Peak) CNC Mill. So I got a deal on a Leeson 20 HP Motor.
Tag Data is this:
The tag data is as follows
Catalog # G150007.60
Model C256T17FB6C
Hp - 20
Code G
SF - 1.15
Nom Eff 91.0
Volt - 208-230/460
Amps - 52 48.2 /24.1
RPM 1755
PF 85.2
Jacques sent me a new diagram for the RPC and I rewired the Start Caps into three groups of two (about 1800MFD total) and suggested that I leave the run caps alone until the motor is up and running so I can take voltage readings.
Motor is a 12 wire as title says. so the question and really a quest for confirmation is:
230 volt operation
L1 - T1, T6, T7, T12
L2 - T2, T4, T8, T10
L3 - T3, T5, T9, T11
Info page from motor builder is here:
