The 1986 telmechanique VFD on my lathe just gave up the ghost, control side failure unfortunately so I pulled a TECO N1 drive off a shelf. It appears to work fine except that it is set up for local frequency setting rather than a POT. That would be OK but I have no manual for it and TECO only has the N2 manual which is similar in some respects but differs in the local / remote settings. Has anybody worked with these drives or knows where I might get a manual?
Yes I know it is old but it is either that or Sew movitrac 31C missing the control pad and brake IGBT. 10 - 30Hp fully functional drives are scarce around here and my pile of defective drives is growing.
