Increasing TM-1 max RPM from 4K to 6K

The question is simple: Does anyone know how to increase the speed from 4K to 6K RPM on a TM-1? I've seen them on ebay but they never answer back. someone from Haas said it was possible and that they limit the TM-1 to 4K for safety reasons, that is the TM-1 not being an enclosed machine. Has anyone done it?

I haven't done it, but I would assume it can be done, as both the TM-1P and the TM-3P are capable of 6K. Which proves your point of safety since it is not an enclosed machine.
