Low drawbar pressure, what do I do?

We just had the draw bar pressure tested at 120lbs!! Something is hammered. Is there an adjustment for these or do I need to get a washer stack? Do I have to pull the spindle to do this?
 
Sounds like you need new bellevilles. BUT, 120 lbs is really really really low...

Can't help much with a haas procedurally but you won't have to remove the spindle to change them.
 
We found mostly pieces left of the washers. I think one was totally missing which would explain the lower tool drop when release it hit. I am totally amazed I did not drop a tool with this thing.
